Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurusu MADDE 7 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]na sahip olmak [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zere ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ek veya t[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zel ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurabilirler. Birden fazla alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuruda bulunulabilir.
(2) Bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmeli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]in 6 nc[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] maddesinde yer alan ko[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ullar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] kar[FONT=&quot]şı[/FONT]lamayan alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lan ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurular kabul edilmez.
(3) Ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in Kurumun [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yer alan KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lardan birini tercih ederler. Ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler, tercih ettikleri KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yer alan ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru formunu doldurmak suretiyle ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuruda bulunurlar. Ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru formunun tam ve do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]ru olarak doldurulmamas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurusu kabul edilmez.
(4) Ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler, ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda, yanl[FONT=&quot]ış[/FONT] bilgi verme, [FONT=&quot]üçü[/FONT]nc[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ilerin haklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ihlal etme gibi fiillerin hukuki sonu[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]lar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] konusunda genel olarak bilgilendirilirler.
(5) Ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler, ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda, [FONT=&quot]üçü[/FONT]nc[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ilerin haklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ihlal etmeyeceklerini, alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] hukuka ayk[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] bir [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ekilde kullanmayacaklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve iptal veya feragat durumunda bu i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemlerin kendi lehlerine bir hak do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]urmayaca[FONT=&quot]ğı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] kabul ettiklerini beyan ve taahh[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]t ederler.
(6) KK, alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru talebini almas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]teakip TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerinden gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri yapar.
Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisi
MADDE 8 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisleri belgeli veya belgesiz olarak iki y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]ntemle yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(2) Belgesiz alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisi [FONT=&quot]“[/FONT]ilk gelen ilk al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]”[/FONT] kural[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n ge[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]erli oldu[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]u tahsislerdir. [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]lk gelenin tespitinde, alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurusunun TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]e ula[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]t[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] zaman kayd[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] esas al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(3) Belgeli alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisi, ilgili bilgi ve/veya belgelerin ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru sahibi taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ya verilmesini ve bu bilgi ve/veya belgelerin TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]e ula[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]t[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]teakip yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lan tahsislerdir. Belgeli olarak tahsis edilecek alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmeli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]in ekinde d[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zenlenmi[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]tir.
(4) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n, TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerinden ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemlerini tam ve do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]ru olarak tamamlad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]klar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretini [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]dedikleri alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT], ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru sahiplerine tahsis edilir.
(5) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] bir defada en az bir en fazla be[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT] y[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in tahsis edilir.
Yenileme
MADDE 9 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) KK, alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsis s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resinin bitmesine asgari [FONT=&quot]üç[/FONT] ay kala alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibini asgari elektronik posta yoluyla bilgilendirir ve alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibinden yenileme i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemini ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ekle[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]tirmesini talep eder.
(2) Sahip oldu[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]u alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisini yenilemek isteyen ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]i, bu [FONT=&quot]üç[/FONT] ayl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]k s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]inde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisini yenilemek [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zere bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmeli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]in 7 nci maddesinin ilgili h[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]k[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]mleri [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuruda bulunur. Bu talep do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]rultusunda KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerinden gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri tamamlamas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve yenileme [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretini [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]demesini m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]teakip alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisi yenilenir.
(3) Tahsis s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resinin sonuna kadar yenileme i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemi tamamlanmayan alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n kullan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]m[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] iki ay s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re ile durdurulur. Bu s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]inde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibinin ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurusu [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerine alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsis i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemi yenilenir. Aksi halde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(4) Yenileme sonras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsis s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resi be[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT] y[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] a[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]amaz. Bu be[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT] y[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n sonunda sahip olunan alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisi bu madde [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde yenilenebilir.
Feragat
MADDE 10 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Kendisine tahsisli alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsis s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resi bitmeden kullanmaya son vermek isteyen alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibi, alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan feragat edebilir.
(2) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibi hizmet almakta oldu[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]u KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ya ait [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yer alan ilgili formu tam ve do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]ru olarak doldurarak feragat talebini iletir. KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerinden gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri tamamlamas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]teakip feragat talebinin gere[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(3) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan feragat, alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibi lehine bir hak do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]urmaz.
(4) Feragat edilen alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]ptal
MADDE 11 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisi a[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]a[FONT=&quot]ğı[/FONT]da belirtilen durumlarda alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibi ve ilgili KK bilgilendirilerek TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S vas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]tas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla iptal edilir:
a) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibinin verdi[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i bilgilerin tam ve/veya do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]ru olmad[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tespit edilmesi,
b) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsise kapal[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] adlar listesine al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT],
c) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisinin iptali ile ilgili U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan Kuruma iletilen hakem ya da
hakem heyeti karar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n bulunmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve karar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n uygulanmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan belirlenen gerekli [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]artlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n mevcut olmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT],
[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisinin iptaline y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]nelik bir mahkeme karar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n bulunmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT].
Yeniden tahsis
MADDE 12 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmeli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]in 9 uncu maddesinde yenileme i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in belirtilen s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]renin sonunda yenileme i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in bir talep gelmemesi halinde ilgili alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r ve bu alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]ld[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] bilgisi Kurumun [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]mlan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r. Ancak yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]lan bu alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in bir ay s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re ile ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru talebi al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nmaz.
(2) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n kara listeye al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nma gerek[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]esi d[FONT=&quot]ışı[/FONT]nda ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ka bir gerek[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]eyle iptal edilmesi ve sahibinin alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan feragat etmesi gibi durumlarda ilgili alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r ve bu alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]ld[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] bilgisi Kurumun [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]mlan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r. Ancak yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]lan alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in [FONT=&quot]üç[/FONT] ay s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re ile ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru talebi al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nmaz.
(3) Yeniden tahsise a[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]lan alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurular[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve bu alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisi bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmeli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]in 7 nci ve 8 inci maddeleri [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
Sat[FONT=&quot]ış[/FONT] ve devir
MADDE 13 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sat[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]labilir veya devredilebilir.
(2) Sat[FONT=&quot]ış[/FONT] veya devir i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]leminin ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ekle[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mesi i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in hizmet al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nan KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yer alan ilgili formun tam ve do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]ru olarak doldurulmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] gerekir. KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n, TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerinden gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri tamamlamas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n sat[FONT=&quot]ışı[/FONT] veya devir i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemi do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]rultusunda ilgili alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibi de[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ikli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ekle[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]tirilir.
(3) Ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ek ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ilerin [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m, gaiplik, gaiplik karinesi gibi durumlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] yasal miras[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]lara devredilebilir.
(4) Sat[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lan veya devredilen alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n kullan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]m s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resi de[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mez.

a) TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]i kurmak ve i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]letmek veya belirledi[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i usul ve esaslar [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]in [FONT=&quot]üçü[/FONT]nc[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] bir taraf[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]a kurulmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]letilmesini sa[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]lamak,

(2) KK olmak isteyen taraflar Kurum[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]a ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuruda bulunurlar. Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan gerekli [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]artlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ta[FONT=&quot]şı[/FONT]d[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] tespit edilen taraflara KK olarak faaliyette bulunabilmelerini teminen faaliyet belgesi d[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zenlenir.

MADDE 18 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar, faaliyetlerini sona erdirecek olmalar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde Kurumu asgari [FONT=&quot]üç[/FONT] ay [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]nceden bilgilendirirler.
(2) Kurum, bilgilendirilmesini m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]teakip KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar aras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] transfer i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemlerini derhal ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lat[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(3) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar, faaliyetlerine son verecek olmalar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] dolay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla sebep olabilecekleri zararlardan sorumlu olur.
Kay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]t kurulu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n faaliyetlerine son verilmesi
MADDE 19 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n ilgili mevzuat h[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]k[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]mlerine uymamas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT], y[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]k[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]ml[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]klerini yerine getirmemesi, aranan nitelikleri yitirmesi gibi hallerde faaliyetlerine Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan son verilebilir.
(2) Bu durumda Kurum derhal KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar aras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] transfer i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemlerini ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lat[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(3) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar, faaliyetlerine son verilecek olmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] dolay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla sebep olabilecekleri zararlardan sorumlu olur.
Kay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]t kurulu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] aras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] transfer
MADDE 20 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahipleri, talep etmeleri halinde, hizmet ald[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]klar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]y[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] de[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]tirebilirler.
(2) Bir KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n faaliyetlerine son vermesi veya son verilmesi durumunda faaliyet g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]steren di[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]er bir KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ya zorunlu transfer ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ekle[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]tirilir.
(3) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar aras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] transfer i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemlerine ili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]kin hususlar Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan d[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zenlenir.
(4) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar aras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] transfer i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri ile ilgili uyu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mazl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]klar Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan de[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]erlendirilir.

MADDE 24 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Kurum, U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lerin ta[FONT=&quot]şı[/FONT]mas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] gereken asgari nitelikleri, uymas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] gereken kurallar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve di[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]er hususlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tespit eder ve bunlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] internet sitesinden ve gerek oldu[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]u hallerde di[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]er uygun ara[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]larla kamuoyuna duyurur.
(2) U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS olmak isteyen taraflar Kurum[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]a ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuruda bulunurlar. Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan gerekli [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]artlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ta[FONT=&quot]şı[/FONT]d[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] tespit edilen taraflara U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS olarak faaliyette bulunabilmelerini teminen faaliyet belgesi d[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zenlenir.
(3) U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lerin, ihtilaflar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n [FONT=&quot]çö[/FONT]z[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]recini ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netebilecek, idari ve teknik yetkinli[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i haiz olmalar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve olas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ihtilaf konular[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda uzman yeterli say[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]da hakemi listelerinde bulundurabilmeleri gerekir.
(4) Bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmelik veya Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan belirlenen d[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zenlemeler [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]rev ve y[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]k[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]ml[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]klerini yerine getirmeyen veya U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS olmak i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in aranan asgari nitelikleri kaybeden U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ler hakk[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda faaliyetlerine son vermek de dahil olmak [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zere Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan gerekli tedbirler al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r.
(5) U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ler en az bir ay [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]nceden Kuruma bildirimde bulunmalar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde ve hakemleri arac[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT]yla y[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]tmekte olduklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] uyu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mazl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]k [FONT=&quot]çö[/FONT]z[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]lerini karara ba[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]lamak [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]art[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla faaliyetlerine son verebilirler. U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ler faaliyetlerine son vermeleri dolay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla sebep olduklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] zararlardan sorumludurlar.

a) [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]htilaf konusu alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n, sahip olunan ya da ticarette kullan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lan marka, ticaret unvan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT], i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]letme ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ya da di[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]er tan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]t[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]c[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]aretlerle benzer ya da ayn[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] olmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve

(2) Bu maddenin birinci f[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]kras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda yer alan [FONT=&quot]üç[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]art[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n birlikte sa[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]land[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] iddia eden [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ik[FONT=&quot]â[/FONT]yet[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]i, uyu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mazl[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT]n [FONT=&quot]çö[/FONT]z[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lerden birini tercih ederek ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurusunu yapar. MADDE 26 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lerin listelerinde yer alacak hakemlerin fikri m[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]lkiyet haklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] hukuku, marka hukuku, ticaret hukuku veya bili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]im hukuku alanlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda uzman olmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] gerekir.

MADDE 27 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Hakem veya hakem heyeti, ilgili mevzuat, i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]tihatlar ve yarg[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] kararlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] da g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]z [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]ne alarak, [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ik[FONT=&quot]â[/FONT]yet[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]i taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n talebi do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]rultusunda alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n iptaline, [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ik[FONT=&quot]â[/FONT]yet[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]i tarafa devrine veya [FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ik[FONT=&quot]â[/FONT]yet[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]i taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n talebinin reddine karar verir. (5) U[FONT=&quot]Ç[/FONT]HS[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]ler, Kurumca belirlenen [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretleri [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]st s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r olarak esas al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]p uygulayacaklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lem [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretlerini belirlerler. Kurum, gerekti[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]inde uyu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mazl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]k [FONT=&quot]çö[/FONT]z[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m mekanizmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]letilmesi ile ilgili i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lem [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretlerine ili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]kin alt s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] da belirleyebilir.
(6) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n iptali veya alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan feragat edilmesi hallerinde [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]denen [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretler iade edilmez.
(7) Uyu[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]mazl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]k [FONT=&quot]çö[/FONT]z[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m mekanizmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]na ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru esnas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]denen [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]cretler iade edilmez.

Rehberlik hizmeti MADDE 29 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Rehberlik hizmeti bilgilendirme ama[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]d[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r. Rehberde yer alacak bilgiler Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan belirlenir.
(2) Rehberde sadece alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ile sorgulama yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]labilir.
(3) Rehberde sorgulama yapan ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler edindi[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]i bilgileri istem d[FONT=&quot]ışı[/FONT] elektronik posta g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]ndermek, ticari faaliyette bulunmak gibi ama[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]larla kullanmayaca[FONT=&quot]ğı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] taahh[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]t eder.
(4) KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lar rehberde yer alan bilgilerin istek d[FONT=&quot]ışı[/FONT] elektronik posta g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]ndermek, ticari faaliyette bulunmak gibi ama[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]larla kullan[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] engellemek i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in mevcut teknolojik imk[FONT=&quot]â[/FONT]nlar [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde gerekli tedbirleri al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]rlar.

Duyuruda alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] tahsisinin belgeli ya da belgesiz yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]laca[FONT=&quot]ğı[/FONT] da belirtilir.

(2) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsise kapal[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] adlar listesine al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ve bu listeden [FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]kar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] hallerinde varsa alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahibi ve ilgili KK bilgilendirilir.
(3) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsise kapal[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] adlar listesinden [FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]kart[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] varsa sahibine iade edilir.

MADDE 32 [FONT=&quot]–[/FONT] (1) Tahsisi k[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]tl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] adlar listesine al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nacak ve bu listeden [FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]kar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lacak alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ile bu alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisinin yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]laca[FONT=&quot]ğı[/FONT] taraflar ve tahsiste istenecek bilgi ve/veya belgeler Kurum taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan, gerekli g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]lmesi halinde konuyla ilgili uzmanlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n g[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]üşü[/FONT]ne de ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vurularak belirlenir.
(2) Tahsisi k[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]tl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] adlar listesine al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nan alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisinin uygun taraflara yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lmad[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] tespit edilirse alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ilgili taraflar bilgilendirilerek iptal edilir.
(3) Alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsisi k[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]tl[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] adlar listesinden [FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]kart[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] varsa sahibine iade edilir.

(5) Mevcut i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]leyi[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]te Orta Do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]u Teknik [FONT=&quot]Ü[/FONT]niversitesi b[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]nyesinde bulunan Nic.tr ([FONT=&quot]“[/FONT].tr[FONT=&quot]”[/FONT] Alan Adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netimi) taraf[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]ndan kay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]t operat[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]r[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] olarak belirlenmi[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT] bulunan taraflardan KK olmak isteyenler TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]in faaliyete ge[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]mesinden sonraki alt[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] ay i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]inde bu Y[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]netmelik h[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]k[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]mleri [FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]er[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]evesinde gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri tamamlayarak KK olarak faaliyete ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]larlar. Gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri tamamlamad[FONT=&quot]ığı[/FONT] i[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]in KK olamayan veya KK olmak istemeyen kay[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]t operat[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]rleri bu s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]re sonunda faaliyetlerini durdururlar ve daha [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]nce tahsis, yenileme ve benzeri i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemlerine arac[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]k etmi[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT] olduklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]na ili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]kin bilgi ve belgeleri Kuruma aktar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]rlar.
(6) Bu maddenin [FONT=&quot]üçü[/FONT]nc[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] ve d[FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]rd[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]nc[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT] f[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]kras[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda belirtilen alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n sahipleri, TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]in faaliyete ge[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]mesinden sonra ve istemeleri halinde ilgili alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n tahsis s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resinin sona ermesinden [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]nce veya tahsis s[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]resinin sona ermesinden sonra sahip olduklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]na ili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]kin i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri yapmak [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zere, Kurumun [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yer alan KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]lardan birini tercih ederler. Ba[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]vuru yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]lan KK, ilgili bilgi veya belgeleri de temin ederek bu alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] sahiplerini kimlik do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]rulama d[FONT=&quot]â[/FONT]hil gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri yapmak suretiyle sistemine kaydeder.
(7) Ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ilerin alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]na ili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]kin i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri asgari bir KK faaliyete ge[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ene kadar TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S vas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]tas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]yla yerine getirilir.

a) Ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ek ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]ilerin [FONT=&quot]ö[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]m, gaiplik, gaiplik karinesi gibi durumlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nda alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] yasal miras[FONT=&quot]çı[/FONT]lara devredilebilir.
b) T[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zel ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler, sahip olduklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] birle[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]me, devralma gibi sebeplerle devredebilirler.
c) Marka ve/veya patent sahibi ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ek ve/veya t[FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zel ki[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]iler bu marka ve/veya patent ile ilgili haklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] devretmeleri durumunda sahip olduklar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] marka ve/veya patente ili[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]kin alan adlar[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] da devredebilirler.

(2) Devir talebi hizmet al[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]nan KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n [FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]nternet sitesinde yer alan ilgili formun tam ve do[FONT=&quot]ğ[/FONT]ru olarak doldurulmas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] suretiyle yap[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]l[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]r. KK[FONT=&quot]’[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n, TRAB[FONT=&quot]İ[/FONT]S [FONT=&quot]ü[/FONT]zerinden gerekli i[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]lemleri tamamlamas[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT] halinde alan ad[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]ı[/FONT]n devri ger[FONT=&quot]ç[/FONT]ekle[FONT=&quot]ş[/FONT]tirilir.
